Andrés Saunier brings over 12 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer in multinational corporations across Africa, Europe, and the United States. His expertise spans various sectors, including automotive and industrial equipment distribution, agri-food, downstream oil, and telecommunications.
In this capacity, he has overseen numerous strategic financial initiatives, ranging from capital restructuring and asset valuation to international fundraising and cross-border acquisitions, as well as ECA+F infrastructure project financing, WCR optimization and refinancing.
He has served as a non-executive board member for several private and public entities in France, the United States, and Italy.
