Our analysts play a key role at every stage of our transactions, from origination to execution, and benefit from exceptional transactional exposure working alongside seasoned bankers.

Analysts are responsible for financial analysis and modeling, creating and preparing client presentations and marketing materials, interacting with clients, managing deal processes and providing guidance to and supervising interns.

Requirements

Successful candidates will be expected to have an outstanding academic background and significant experience within a top-tier investment bank.

It is essential that candidates demonstrate unwavering determination and genuine adaptability, to succeed within a small yet dynamic team. Proficient in managing pressure and meeting stringent deadlines, candidates should also display a genuine ambition to work in an environment that prizes excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.

We are seeking dynamic candidates with strong analytical skills and the ability to model complex financial transactions in Excel, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
